Theodore Shapira joined Patterson Law Firm in November, 2025, representing clients in
labor and employment and malpractice matters.
He was awarded a significant merit scholarship and graduated with a J.D. from the
George Washington University Law School in 2025, earning an additional concentration
in National Security and Foreign Relations law. While in law school, he was a member
of GW’s Mock Trial board, and, based on his strong internal competition record, was
selected to represent GW in numerous external trial competitions including the 2025
Estrella Trial Advocacy Competition and the 2023-2024 Texas Young Lawyers
Association National Mock Trial Competition. He also served as a GW Inns of Court
advisor, mentoring other students, and earned the Dean’s Recognition for Academic
Excellence. Theodore Shapira is an AmeriCorps alumnus, serving with Teach for
America as a middle school teacher prior to law school.
Theodore graduated from Tulane University with honors having earned a significant
merit scholarship, and holds a B.A. in History and Political Science (International
Relations) from Tulane University.
