Garrett von Schaumburg joined Patterson Law Firm in 2023 representing clients in commercial ligation and professional responsibility matters. Garrett graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law in 2016, where he served as Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal. Prior to joining The Patterson Law Firm, LLC, Garrett represented landowners in complex disputes with energy companies regarding the production and sale of oil, gas, and coal in Pennsylvania, and previously worked at a Chicago law firm where he represented plaintiffs in catastrophic injury, professional malpractice and insurance coverage litigation. Garrett is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Pennsylvania, as will as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Western District of Pennsylvania.
